Moreno Valley welcomes Tai restaurant

A Taiwanese restaurant chain that specializes in cakes, coffee and tea has opened a location in Moreno Valley.

85°C Bakery Cafe held a grand opening ceremony May 31 at the restaurant at 12625 Frederick Street in the Towngate Shopping Center, according to a statement on the city’s website.

Mayor Ulises Cabrera and members of the city council attended the ribbon cutting ceremony, along with residents, business people and Moreno Valley Chamber of Commerce members.

“Both 85°C Bakery Cafe and Moreno Valley have inspirational stories to tell, of hard work and dedication that got us to where we are today,” Cabrera said in the statement. “I am thrilled to see a company like this with such a great reputation, and a bright future, open in our city.”
