Albert Lopez has joined Progressive Real Estate Partners in Rancho Cucamonga as a senior retail specialist.
Lopez will specialize in leasing and selling strip malls, anchored retail centers and car washes in the Inland Empire, according to a statement.
A resident of Rancho Cucamonga, Lopez was formerly director of retail leasing for Argent Retail Advisors, working at that brokerage firm’s Ontario office. Before that he was a senior associate at Exclusive Properties in Rancho Cucamonga, where he oversaw a sales team and managed residential and multifamily properties.
A graduate of the University of La Verne, Lopez is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers, according to the statement.
Progressive Real Estate Partners was founded in 2008. It leases and sells retail properties in the Inland Empire.
