On The Move

Newmark Grubb Knight Frank has lured two top Inland Empire office brokers away from a rival brokerage.

Taylor Ing and Drew Sanden have left Cushman & Wakefield and will be senior managing directors working out of Newmark’s Ontario office, according to a statement released by Newmark this week.

The pair will represent landlords and tenants and oversee investment sales in the Inland Empire, North Orange County and the San Gabriel Valley.

Ing, who has participated in more than 500 leasing and sales transactions, most recently served as an executive director with Cushman & Wakefield. Sanden was an associate director with Cushman & Wakefield, where he was involved in more than $1 billion worth of transactions.

Both will work with Senior Associate Scott Maples. Combined, the three-man team will represent more than two million square feet of office space, according to the statement.
