Rachael Pokuta, an Eastvale resident who has worked in business banking for 21 years, has joined CDC Small Business Finance as a commercial loan officer.
Pokuta, who has worked in business development for Wells Fargo and JP Morgan Chase, will help arrange U.S. Small Business Administration loans for businesses in the Inland Empire and East Los Angeles, according to a statement.
Pokuta has closed more than $40 million in commercial real estate loans. Recently, she provided small businesses with SBA-504 financing – which requires only 10 percent down-payment by the business owner – which were used to buy buildings and equipment, according to the statement.
CDC offers a variety of loan programs to help small businesses grow. It has eight offices in California, including one in Riverside, according to the company’s website.
