Julia Gouw has been named to the Ontario International Airport Commission.
Gouw, former president and chief operating officer of Pasadena-based East West Bank, replaces Lucy Dunn, who resigned in July after serving for five years, according to a statement.
“We could not be happier to welcome Julia to the commission,” said Alan D. Wapner, president of the Ontario International Airport Authority, in a statement.
“Her extensive experience in the financial services industry and deep ties to international markets, particularly in China, will be tremendous assets as we work to transform the Inland Empire’s airport into a global gateway.”
Gouw, a certified public accountant, is a member of the Pacific Life Insurance Co. board of directors. Before entering banking she was a senior audit manage for KPMG, the financial consulting firm, according to the statement.
