The Community Foundation, a Riverside-based nonprofit that promotes philanthropy in the Inland Empire, is accepting online applications from nonprofits interested in participating in Give BIG San Bernardino County.
Give BIG is a one-day, 24-hour program scheduled to be held Nov. 29, according to a statement posted on the county’s website.
The goal is to increase philanthropy in San Bernardino County through online donations. Whatever is raised will go to nonprofits that serve residents of, and visitors to, San Bernardino County.
To qualify, a nonprofit must have been operating for at least one year and either be located in San Bernardino County or provide itinerant services there, according to the statement.
National nonprofits are eligible to participate if they have San Bernardino County chapter.
