Ontario Airport welcomes Orange County microbrewery

Several Ontario International Airport establishments will soon serve beer made by a popular microbrewery based in Orange County.

Brewery X, which produces more than 250 beers and seltzers, will be sold at Delaware North: Rock & Brews, Cross Grain Brewhouse, Wahoo’s Fish Tacos, and Jake’s Bar, according to a statement on the airport’s website.

“We’re delighted to partner with such a prestigious brand and bring the passion and fun of the brewery to the fastest growing airport in the U.S.,” said Dan Cappell, chief commercial officer for the Ontario International Airport Authority. “Brewery X has become one of the great success stories in Southern California’s craft beer industry, and we believe they will be a great partner for years to come.”

Opened in 2019, Brewery X occupies 76,000 square feet at 3191 E. La Palma Ave. in Anaheim. Its products are sold at Trader Joe’s, Whole Foods, BevMo, Total Wine & More, and California Adventure at the Disneyland Resort.

The Ontario International Airport Authority (OIAA) was formed in 2012 as a Joint Powers Agreement. The OIAA provides overall direction for the management, operations, development and marketing of Ontario International Airport (ONT) for the benefit of the Southern California economy and the residents of the airport’s four-county catchment area.
