A 15-unit apartment complex in Palm Springs has been sold.
Highland Apartments at 540-570 Highland Drive was sold by a private investor to another private investor for $3.3 million, according to CBRE.
Both parties were represented by CBRE. Both asked not to be identified.
The sale price is $220 per sq ft.
The complex near Highway 111 is near several retailers, retailers and Palm Springs International Airport. It includes studio, one- and two-bedroom units as well as a swimming pool, assigned parking and outdoor patios, according to the statement.
