Arnold Perez has been named Cardenas Markets ‘vice president of information technology.
A two-year employee of the Hispanic supermarket chain, Perez will oversee the day-to-day operations of that department, according to a statement.
He will report to Prabash Coswatte, the company’s chief operating officer, according to a statement.
“Arnold brings to his new role extensive experience leading and executing IT strategies across various business sectors,” Coswatte said in the statement. “His expertise and leadership will continue to drive Cardenas Markets’ digital transformation and innovation.”
Perez worked in fashion, retail, banking, media and entertainment, semiconductor manufacturing, and the petroleum industry before joining Cardenas, according to the statement.
