Perris logistics project changes hands

A freestanding logistics center in Perris has been sold.

Atlanta-based Core5 Industrial Partners recently sold the Rider Business Center to TA Realty LLC. In Newport Beach, according to a statement released July 10.

Cost of the transaction, which was described as an investment purchase, was not disclosed.

Rider Business Center sits on 12 acres at 3120 Wilson Ave. It’s near four freeway interchanges.

“The acquisition of this industrial property in a prime submarket reflects our strategic vision and bolsters our portfolio with a highly sought-after asset,” stated Tom Shapiro of TA Realty LLC in the statement.

Core5 Industrial Partners is an industrial real estate property company that develops Class-A  properties throughout the United States. It completed Rider Business Park in March, according the statement.
