Little Caesars Pizza has leased 1,200 square feet at a shopping center in Rialto.
The neighborhood center at 1138 N. Riverside Ave., is now fully leased, according to Progressive Real Estate Partners in Rancho Cucamonga.
Progressive represented both parties in the lease negotiations. The terms of the agreement were not disclosed.
The restaurant is expected to open next spring.
Little Caesars, one of the largest pizza chains in the world, joins Superior Grocers, CVS, Anytime Fitness, and McDonald’s at the shopping center at Baseline Road and Riverside Avenue. An estimated 37,000 vehicles pass through that intersection every day.
The property is also near Eisenhower High School, which has an enrollment of about 2,400 students.
