Pamela Quick has been named Apple Valley’s top employee for the first quarter of 2023.
Quick, the Municipal Services Department’s administrative analyst, was recognized for her knowledge of code enforcement and environmental programs, according to a statement on Apple Valley’s website.
“(Quick) She often gives input that helps the Municipal Services Department streamline its processes and improves the services we provide our residents,” said Guy Eisenbrey, director of municipal services, in the statement.
Recently, Quick earned the certified code enforcement officer designation from the California Association of Code Enforcement. She also has an associate degree in code enforcement and compliance from Santiago Canyon College, a degree that fewer than a dozen people in California have earned, according to the statement.
Quick was recognized at the March 28 town council meeting.
