Redlands company buys Corona industrial building

A 245,000-square-foot industrial building in Corona has been sold.

The building, at 2455 Wardlow Road, was sold to Precision Screen & Security in Redlands for $26.5 million, according to a statement released by CBRE.

CBRE represented the seller, America YouCare Pharma, which has owned the building since 2015.

The structure is designed for manufacturing. Precision Screen, which makes steel fencing and gates for commercial and residential properties, plans to retrofit the building and combine several of its operations there.

A move-in date, and the number of people who will work there, were not released.
