A building that is home to a Baskin Robbins and a Dunkin’ (formerly Dunkin’ Donuts) in the High Desert has been sold.
The 2,600-square-foot structure at 2804 Lenwood Road in Barstow sold for $2.6 million, or roughly $1,000 per square foot, Hanley Investment Group Real Estate Advisors announced in a statement Monday.
The drive-thru facility is next to Interstate-15 freeway and The Outlets at Barstow, a regional shopping destination that attracts two million shoppers and 13,000 tour buses a year.
Barstow is approximately halfway between Los Angeles and Las Vegas, and an estimated 60 million people travel through the city every year.
Hanley Investment Group represented the seller, an Orange County investment group whose name was not released. The buyer, a Los Angeles private investor who also wished to remain anonymous, was represented by Realtex Properties, Inc. of Los Angeles.
The Barstow location is the second single-tenant building occupied by Dunkin’ that Hanley Investment has sold in California in the last six months. The company sold a similar operation in Victorville last year, according to the statement.
