Sprouts to open in Victorville

Sprouts Farmers Market will open a store in Victorville March 15, the company’s first location in the High Desert.

A ribbon cutting is scheduled to be held at 6:45 a.m., 15 minutes before the store at 12450 Amargosa Road opens its doors for the first time, according to a statement on the city’s website.

“We are ecstatic to welcome the very first Sprouts Farmers Market in the High Desert to the great city of Victorville,” said Mayor Liz Becerra in the statement . “We are grateful to Sprouts for planting its roots in Victorville and for offering natural, healthy food options that promote a strong community.”

Based in Phoenix, Sprouts specializes in fresh produce and organic, plant-based and gluten-free products. It employs approximately 31,000 people and operates more than 400 stores in 23 states, according to the statement.

    I interviewed and never heard anything back. Would love to work for Sprouts Farmers Market. What a Great store to be a part if.
