Palm Springs is conducting a survey that will help determine the city’s economic future.
The Economic Development Strategic Plan is actually two surveys, one for businesses and another for residents and visitors, according to a statement on the city’s website.
Information collected will help identify community needs and be used to guide economic development policy.
“The plan will serve as the guiding document for the future of our Palm Springs economy,” said Wayne Olson, chief economic development officer, in the statement. “So many factors outside of our control contribute to economic change, it’s critical for the city to have a plan to adapt to those changes and continue to support our great local businesses.
Deadline to participate is June 1. To access both links visit palmspringsca.gov.
