Four new tenants at Chino Spectrum Marketplace have brought that facility to near full capacity.
Boston Pizza (6,700 square feet), Red Wing Shoes (1,643 sq. ft.), Famous Footwear (5,040 sq. ft), and Smash Factor (3,037 sq. ft.) have all recently signed leases there, according to CBRE’s Newport Beach office.
The terms of those agreements were not disclosed. Chino Spectrum Marketplace is now 98 percent occupied.
“The addition of these four leases at the Marketplace highlights this premier retail destination in Chino,” said Walter Pagel, senior vice president with CBRE Newport Beach, in the statement.
The regional shopping mall covers 750,000 square feet at the 71 Freeway and Grand Avenue. Its anchor tenants include Target, Dick’s Sporting Goods, TJ Maxx and Staples.
