Cal State San Bernardino and UC Riverside have been named among the top education schools in the United States by U.S. News & World Report.
Both were ranked 86 – tied with 10 other institutions of higher learning – in the magazines Best Education Schools category, which was part of its rankings of best U.S. graduate schools for 2024.
“This national recognition validates our hard work over the past five years, said Enrique Murillo Jr., director of Cal San Bernardino’s Doctorate of Education program, in a statement. “We went from being unranked to now ranked in the top 20 percent of schools granting doctoral education degrees nationwide.
CSUSB is the second-highest ranked California State University campus on the list. San Diego State is ranked 48, while San Jose State is 162. Other schools tied for 186 include George Mason, Kansas State, Lehigh and UC Santa Barbara.
