NAIOP Inland Empire will host panel discussion on a 1.5-million-square-foot industrial project planned for Moreno Valley.
The build-to-suit project is being developed by Panattoni Development in Newport Beach, according to NAIOP Inland Empire.
The tenant has not been identified, but it is reportedly in the top 30 of the Fortune 500 and has signed a 10-year lease on the property. The seminar will analyze the project, how it was built and its likely impact on the surrounding community.
Panelists will include Jacob La Blanc, senior development manager with Panattoni, and Yong Nam, president of HPA Architecture. Steve Haston of Lee & Associates will moderate.
The discussion is scheduled to be held from 4-6 p.m. April 1 at the New York Grill, 950 Ontario Mills Drive, Ontario. For more information call Devon Sulli at (951) 324-0350 or [email protected].
This will be the first in a series of events the chapter will hold to help industrial professionals in the Inland Empire learn about major projects in the two-county region.
