Mario J. Alvarez Jr. and Pablo Rodriguez have been named managing directors with Newmark Knight Frank’s Ontario office.
Both men will work as a team to increase the firm’s retail sales and leasing portfolio in the Inland Empire, according a statement.
Combined, Alvarez and Rodriguez have nearly 25 years experience in real estate, and between them they have completed nearly $900 million in transactions. They were executive vice presidents and retail specialists with NAI Capital in Ontario and Palm Desert, respectively, before joining NKF.
“We are thrilled to have Mario and Pablo on board,” said Greg May, executive vice president with NKF, in the statement. “We look forward to their substantial contribution as we continue to bolster the firm’s retail platform throughout the western United States.”
