A third-party logistics company has opened a warehouse-distribution facility in Jurupa Valley.
Weber Logistics announced the opening of the 353,361-square-foot operation earlier this month, according to a statement.
It’s the company’s fifth facility in the Inland Empire and 12th in California. The exact location was not disclosed.
The Santa Fe Springs-based company now has more than 1.5 million square feet of logistics space in Riverside and San Bernardino counties, a 42 percent expansion during the past two years.
Built in 2012, the facility is a food-storage plant registered with the U.S. Food & Drug Administration. It will handle business-to-business-to-consumer distribution of food, clothing and consumer goods.
Weber Logistics expect to hire 30 employees to work there, according to the statement.
