An 18-unit apartment complex in Fontana has sold of $2.6 million.
The Juniper Apartments at 8945 Juniper Ave. was sold by a local private investor whose name was not released, CBRE said Wednesday.
Information about the buyer was not available.
The property is near Chaffey College, the Fontana Metrolink Station, Kaiser Hospital, and downtown Fontana. Its two-bedroom, two-bathroom units cover an average of 856 square feet.
“We worked through the difficult process of securing financing during the COVID-19 pandemic,” said Cray Carlson, a senior vice president with CBRE, in the statement. “Seller and buyer were extremely happy with the transaction, and the new owner is planning on rehabbing the building.”
Carlson represented both sides in the negotiations.
