Douglas Freer has been appointed chair of the California State University Chief Administrators/Business Officers group.

Currently Cal State San Bernardino’s chief financial officer and vice president for administration and finance, Freer will be in charge of the group that reviews issues that affect the Cal State system, according to a statement on the Cal State San Bernardino website.
