Palm Springs seeks volunteers

Palm Springs is seeking applicants for several boards and commissions.

Positions are available on the architecture advisory committee, historic site preservation board, human rights commission, rent review commission, and sustainability commission, according to a statement on the city’s website.

Applicants must live, work or go to school in Palm Springs. Applicants under 18 years old will be considered, as will anyone with unique knowledge, skill, or experience that applies to the position they’re seeking.

Applications for boards that don’t have an opening now also will be accepted.

Anyone interested should apply in person at the city clerk’s office at city hall, 3200 E. Tahquitz Canyon Way, or by email at [email protected].
