Denise Gonzales has been named booking director at Toyota Arena.
Gonzales, who began June 21, fills a new position, one created so one person could focus exclusively on booking concerts and other events at the Ontario venue, according to a statement.
“We are pleased to welcome Denise and look forward to her expertise in managing our entertainment calendar,” said Michael Krouse, regional vice president of SMG Worldwide, owner of Toyota Arena, in the statement. “Her vast experience and contacts in the entertainment industry … will ensure we will continue to meet our guest’s expectations.”
Gonzales began her career as a booking intern with Live Nation Entertainment. From there she was hired as a booking assistant at the House of Blues in West Hollywood 9 [no longer in business] and Anaheim.
In 2017, Gonzales was named director of booking and entertainment at ArenaNetwork, an association of major entertainment venues in North America, according to the statement.
