Morongo Casino Resort & Spa will host a job fair on Oct. 28 to fill 18 positions at Pescato, a seafood restaurant and oyster bar scheduled to open this year.
Pescato will be the first restaurant operated by renowned chef and restaurateur Fabio Viviani to open at the tribal-owned and operated facility near Palm Springs.
Pescato employees will work as a cook, servers and guest service providers. Candidates should have an outgoing personality, and be experienced, efficient, observant, and knowledgeable as they will interact directly with guests.
The job fair is set for 10 a.m. until 1 p.m. in the Morongo Grand Ballroom. Candidates must complete an online application at http://www.morongocasinoresort.com/employment prior to the event.
