Perris Spectrum adds retailers

Three retailers have opened at Perris Spectrum in space formerly occupied by Walmart.

Fitness19 [20,000 square feet], Harbor Freight Tools [15,633 sf] and WSS Footwear [12,500 sf] are conducting business at the shopping center at 2560 Perris Blvd., according to Progressive Real Estate Partners in Rancho Cucamonga.

Progressive, which specializes in small to medium transactions in the Inland Empire, represented the landlord in those negotiations. Terms of those agreements were not disclosed.

When Walmart left the shopping center in 2015, the property owner decided to subdivide that space to attract more tenants and add variety to the mall’s tenant mix. There are two open spaces in the former Walmart site, one of approximately 37,000 square feet, the other about 20,000 square feet.

Also, the property owner recently built a 2,200-square-foot building at Perris Spectrum that is now a KFC drive thru, and a second building that is home to Little Caesars [5,200 sf] and Altura Credit Union [2,800 sf].

Progressive helped negotiate all three of those leases.

Perris Spectrum is at North Perris Boulevard and Orange Avenue, about one and a half mile from Interstate 215.
