Wildomar is on track to get its first hotel.
Irvine-based American Redevelopment Solutions has closed escrow on the property where it plans to develop a Marriott TownePlace Suites, according to a statement on the city’s website.
The 102-room hotel will be built next to an 84,000-square-foot Kaiser Permanente medical office building that is under construction at the northwest corner of Wildomar Trail and Interstate 15.
That building is expected to be completed in March. A construction timeline for the hotel has not been announced.
ARS recently bought the property from Strata Equity Group, a real estate investment company in San Diego, California.
The hotel will be part of Baxter Village, a 35-acre project that will include commercial, office and residential projects, according to the statement.
