Riverside shopping center reaches full occupancy

The last three spaces at a Riverside shopping center have been leased.

Boot Barn, Sephora, and Urbane Cafe have collectively leased 24,220 square feet at Canyon Springs Marketplace, bringing that facility to 100 percent occupancy, according to Progressive Real Estate Partners in Rancho Cucamonga.

Progressive marketed the property and represented the landlord, TDA Investment Group in San Mateo, in the lease negotiations.

The terms of those agreements were not disclosed.

Boot Barn [18,300 sq. ft.]  is expected to open this fall. Sephora [4,320 sq. ft.] which sells beauty and personal care products, and Urbane Cafe [1,600 sq. ft.]  both opened recently.  Nordstrom Rack, Big Lots, Marshalls, Old Navy, and Best Buy are also tenants.

Built in 2006, Canyon Springs Marketplace serves more than half a million people throughout Moreno Valley, Riverside, Perris, Grand Terrace, and Jurupa Valley.

The average annual household income within a 20-minute drive of the shopping center is $102,246, according to the statement.
