A 170-unit residential development in Wildomar has been completed.
Tricon Wildomar is a rental community developed by Foremost Pacific Group in Mission Viejo, according to a statement.
Located at 24802 Alita Way near Interstates 15 and 215, Tricon Wildomar consists of one-, two-, and three-bedroom townhomes with solar power, rentable EV chargers, forecourt patios, and one- or two-car garages.
Amenities include a dog park; lap pool and spa; fitness center; and clubhouse. An opening date, and financial details, were not released.
