A Chino company that distributes industrial products worldwide has purchased a company in New Jersey.
Harrington Process Solutions, a provider of piping and engineered fluid process products, recently bought PumpMan, which distributes pump systems and on-site maintenance and repair services for commercial, industrial, and municipal water pump systems, according to a statement.
PumpMan’s clients are located throughout North America.
Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
“Harrington has built an exceptional business on the strength of great technical expertise, a broad range of products, and a nationwide network of employees,” said Bob Graham, Harrington’s chief executive officer, in the statement.
“Adding a leading pump services competency to our family of products and services will bring beneficial synergies for our customers as we continue to strengthen our position in the water markets.”
Harrington has more than 60 locations in the United States. Its products include filtration, pumps, tanks, valves, and instrumentation, according to the statement.
