San Bernardino retail parcel changes hands

A property in San Bernardino occupied by a 7-Eleven convenience store has been sold for $7.7 million.

The 1.2-acre parcel at 171 E. Redlands Blvd. was sold by Chase Partners Ltd. in Glendale, the project’s developer, to a private investor in Bakersfield whose name was not released, according to Hanley Investment Group Real Estate Advisors.

Built last year, the building includes a Laredo Taco Company restaurant and a gas station.

The 4,100-square-foot parcel near Interstate 215 is near several well-known tenants, including Aldi, Home Depot, PetSmart, Burger King, Carl’s Jr., McDonald’s, Popeyes, Starbucks, and Taco Bell.

The purchase price was $1,885 per square foot, according to Hanley Investment Group Real Estate Advisors.

Hanley Investment Group Real Estate Advisors represented Chase Partners in the negotiations.
