Andrew Goldfrach has been appointed chief executive officer of Arrowhead Regional Medical Center.
Goldfrach replaces William Gilbert, who is retiring this month after a 40-year career in healthcare, according to a statement on San Bernardino County’s website.
“Andrew brings a unique blend of strategic vision and operational expertise,” said Dawn Rowe, county board chair, in the statement. “His leadership has been instrumental in driving growth, enhancing patient care, and strengthening our community partnerships.”
Goldfrach has held strategic planning and financial management in the healthcare industry. He has spent the last four years as Arrowhead Regional’s chief operating officer.
He will assume his new duties June 1.
Arrowhead Regional is a 456-bed teaching facility that is owned and operated by San Bernardino County. It’s located on a 70-acre campus in Colton.
