International House of Pancakes will occupy a building in Hesperia formerly that was formerly home to Country Kitchen/Carrows.
The Glendale-based restaurant chain will occupy a 5,020 square-foot space at 17398 Main St., according to Progressive Real Estate Partners in Rancho Cucamonga.
Progressive represented the landlord in the signing, whose name was not released. Terms of the 20-year lease were not disclosed.
The franchisee is Soleimani Group, which operates more than 30 IHOP restaurants. The future Hesperia location is in a shopping center occupied by Vallarta, Dollar Tree, Firestone Tire, Ace Hardware, Walgreens, Auto Zone, Jack in the Box and Wendy’s.
The restaurant is expected to open late this year or early next year, following a renovation off the building’s interior and exterior, according to the statement.
