A Starbucks in Riverside has been sold for $2.8 million.

The 928-square-foot restaurant, which includes a drive-thru and walk-up window, occupies nearly one acre at 2050 E. Alessandro Blvd., according to Hanley Investment Group in Corona del Mar.

Hanley Investment represented the seller, Atman Kadakia of Greens Group, an Irvine-based private developer. Voit Real Estate Services represented the buyer, a Southern California developer whose name was not released.

The purchase included the building and the land. The sale generated multiple offers, according to Hanley Investment.

Built last year, the building is at Alessandro Boulevard and San Gorgonio Drive, an intersection that accommodates an estimated 51,400 vehicles on a typical day. It is near other major national tenants, including Amazon, UPS, Burlington, Kroger, Pepsi and Cardinal Health, according to Hanley Investment.
