CBRE Group Inc. Ontario has a new retail team.
Recently hired Ryan Gast, an associate, will join Senior Vice President Dan Samulski in brokering real estate deals in the Inland Empire, according to a statement.
“Ryan is a strategic hire for our office,” said Joe Cesta, CBRE’s managing director in the Inland region. “He has a strong retail background, great work ethic and fills an important role on the Ontario retail team.”
Samulski, a broker for 15 years, and Gast will focus primarily on projects larger than 100,000 square feet, but will also broker smaller transactions.
Both brokers have extensive experience representing landlords and tenants, according to the statement.
