San Bernardino County’s 2026 assessment rolls for 2026 totaled $377 billion.
The assessment roll – an inventory of all of the county’s taxable properties as of Jan, 1 – covered 905,225 parcels, according to a statement posted July 9 on the county’s website.
“San Bernardino County continues to demonstrate strong and steady growth,” said Josie Gonzales, assessor-recorder-county clerk, in the statement. “We are committed to connecting property owners with valuable property tax-saving programs, and the information they need to access them.”
State law requires county assessors to identify, list and assess all taxable property, and submit that data to the state auditor-controller-treasurer tax collector, according to the statement.
