Moreno Valley has again been named one of the top “green fleets” in North America by the NAFA Fleet Management Association.
The list recognizes public and private organizations that show above-average use of alternative-fuel and zero-emission vehicles, primarily in three areas: cutting emissions, use of infrastructure technology and overall fleet management practices, according to a statement on the association’s website.
This is the second consecutive year Moreno Valley made the list. It ranked 39th this year and 47th in 2025.
“I’m proud to see Moreno Valley recognized among leading public fleets across the country,” said Mayor Ulises Cabrera in the statement. “Moving up eight spots in this national ranking is a tremendous accomplishment and a reflection of the focus and dedication of our Fleet & Facilities team.”
No other Inland Empire city made this year’s list.
