A Coachella Valley apartment complex has been sold.
Villagio at La Quinta sold for $24.8 million, or nearly $167,000 per unit, according to a statement by CBRE Group Inc. Ontario.
CBRE represented the seller, La Quinta Villagio Flintlake LP. The buyer, Hanes-Villagio LLC, was represented by Hanes Investment Realty Inc.
Villagio at La Quinta is located at 80175 Ave. 52. It was built in 2007, has 149 units and covers 153,193 square feet. It was originally designed to be condominiums for sale.
The complex is a mix of one and two-bedroom floor plans and includes a fitness center, yoga center, clubroom and a resort-style swimming pool, according to the statement.
