On The Move

Stirling Capital announced that Josh Cox, a development manager with the firm, has been awarded the Emergent Leadership Award for Development by the Orange County/Inland Empire chapter of the Urban Land Institute.

The award, which is given out annually, recognizes young real estate professionals who have demonstrated a desire to improve themselves and their industry, according to the statement.

Cox, who has been in the real estate profession for 10 years, is LEED accredited with the U.S. Green Building Council.

“It is an honor to receive this recognition, as there were many incredible candidates from the ULI to choose from,” Cox said in the statement. “As an organization ULI provides outstanding education to those in real estate, and I will continue to contribute to the organization where I can.”
