An office building in Hemet that is mostly occupied by the Riverside County Department of Public Social Services is for sale.
The building, at North San Jacinto and East Oakland avenues, covers nearly 130,000 square feet and is available for $20.5 million, according to CBRE Group Inc., which is marketing the property.
That price works out to $158 a square foot.
The building’s owner was not listed. The county agency leases about 80 percent of the structure, which is near Hemet Valley Medical Center and Hemet City Hall, CBRE stated in its offering memorandum on the property.
There are no other office buildings available now in Hemet larger than 15,000 square feet.
