Club Business Park, a 51,000-square-foot business property in San Bernardino, has been sold.
The facility, at 164-194 W. Club Center Drive and 2211 S. Hunts Lane, sold for $2.8 million, according to Marcus & Millichap, which brokered the deal.
The transaction was announced Thursday. The buyer and seller were both private investment groups whose names were not released.
