Inland Empire Retail Properties Sold

Marcus & Millichap has announced the sale of Vineyard Marketplace II in Rancho Cucamonga.

The 9,349-square-foot property at 11460 Kenyon Way sold for $4.3 million, according to a statement released Thursday.

Names of the buyer and seller were not disclosed.

Vineyards Marketplace II is at the southeast quadrant of the Foothill Freeway and Milliken Avenue. The center, which can also be reached by Interstate 10, is fully leased and is part of a 115,886-square-foot neighborhood centered anchored by Albertsons and CVS Pharmacy.

In a separate transaction, Marcus & Millichap announced the sale of Montclair Center, an 18,347-square-foot retail center at 4875 Mission Blvd. in Montclair.

The property, which sold for $4.2 million, is anchored by a 7-11 and includes Metro PCS, Tutti Fruitti, Precision Insurance and Fashion G.

Names of the buyers and sellers were not disclosed.
