About 275 people, most of them local industrial real estate brokers, took part Thursday in NAIOP’s annual bus tour of industrial properties in the Inland Empire.
Participants boarded one of seven buses at Chino Municipal Airport and toured either the east or west end of the Inland region. More than 60 properties – most of them “big-box” projects up for sale or lease or projects under construction – were visited during the four-hour tour.
“It was a great turnout,” said Robert Evans, executive director of NAIOP’s Inland Empire chapter and one of the event’s organizers. “The number of properties we were able tour shows the industrial market is coming back.”
NAIOP is a national commercial real estate association that specializes in industrial and office properties.
