Michael Stock has been named Riverside County’s human resources director.
Stock, who was chosen from roughly 100 applicants, was formerly the county’s assistant human resources director, according to a report originally published in The Press-Enterprise.
He replaces Barbara Olivier, who retired this month after working for the department for 14 years.
Stock, 57, has worked for Riverside County since 2010 and was a county deputy district attorney from 1991 to 1993, according to the report.
