CVB Financial Corp., the holding company for Citizens Business Bank in Ontario, reported net income of $27.1 million for the quarter that ended Dec. 31.
That represented an increase of $1.6 million compared with the third quarter but a drop of $1.5 million year-over-year, according to data then company released Wednesday.
The company reported earnings of 25 cents per share during the fourth quarter, up two cents from the third quarter but down two cents compared with the fourth quarter of 2015.
Twenty sixteen was a “solid year” for Citizens Business Bank, said Chris Myers, the bank’s president and chief executive officer, in the statement.
