A company that creates and promotes products for construction, electricity and landscape design has leased an industrial building in Corona.
Vista-based Wellco Industries Inc. will occupy an 89,819-square-foot building at 2095 California Ave., according to a statement.
Terms of the lease, as well as a move-in date, were not disclosed. The building, which sits on 4.9 acres and has a large secured yard, is owned and operated by Terreno Realty Corp. in San Francisco.
Wellco plans to use the building for e-commerce, according to the statement.
Kidder Matthews is one of the largest independently owned commercial real estate brokerages on the west coast, handling an estimated $4.7 billion in transactions a year, according to the statement.
