Norco Mayor Greg Newton will deliver the 2017 State of the City Address March 30.
This year’s address, “Celebrating Norco: Overcoming Challenges and Discovering Opportunities,” will focus on community and collaboration, highlighting the benefits of living in the city that calls itself Horsetown USA.
