Kelvin Downes, regional director of operations for amazon.com, will be the second keynote speaker at the Southern California Logistics & Supply Chain Summit, scheduled to be held April 20 at Sheraton Fairplex Conference Center in Pomona.
More than 500 people, along with about 20 industry experts, are expected to attend the event, which is being sponsored by the Inland Empire Economic Partnership and the Los Angeles Area Chamber of Commerce, according to a statement.
The conference will deal with the state of the logistics industry in Southern California, one of the region’s major economic engines.
