Kelly Roberts, co-owner of The Mission Inn in Riverside and wife of local businessman Duane Roberts, has reportedly been named U.S. ambassador to Slovenia by President Trump, according to published report.
The Roberts’ are major donors to the Republican Party, having given more than $1.2 million to GOP candidates and committees during the past year alone, according to New York Magazine.
Slovenia is the native county of First Lady Melania Trump.
